Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 5% GST. Product images are indicative; packaging and labelling may be updated from time to time.

We may change prices, withdraw products or correct pricing errors at any time without notice. If a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive use. Where you have already paid, we refund in full.

Payment

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partners, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways on their own secure infrastructure. Charak Bears does not receive or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Replacement and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Health and product disclaimer

Our products are Ayurvedic dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

Consult a qualified physician or registered Ayurvedic practitioner before use, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, scheduled for surgery, or living with a medical condition. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Follow the dosage on the label. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
