Sealed products cannot be returned once opened

CharakBears products are Ayurvedic supplement supplied in a sealed container. For hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept the return of any product once its seal has been broken or the container has been opened or used, and we cannot resell such items.

What we do replace or refund

We will replace or refund an order in full if, on delivery, the product is:

  • Damaged in transit: Leaking, crushed, or with a broken seal;
  • The wrong item; A different product or pack size from the one you ordered;
  • Missing: An item shown on your invoice is not in the parcel; or
  • Past or near its expiry date on arrival.

How to raise a claim

Email connect@charakbears.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number;
  • Clear photographs of the product and of the outer packaging as received; and
  • An unboxing video where possible, this is the quickest way for us to approve a claim without further questions.

We are not able to consider claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery, or claims without photographic evidence of the issue.

How we resolve an approved claim

Once we have reviewed and approved your claim we will, at your choice, either send a free replacement or refund you in full. We may arrange a reverse pickup of the item; where we do, the return shipping is at our cost.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few working days to show the credit on your statement.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we will refund you in full. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled.

What is not covered

  • Opened or partially used products;
  • Products returned without their original packaging, seal and labelling;
  • Claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery;
  • Change of mind, or a product not producing an expected result, Ayurvedic supplements work differently for different people and results are not guaranteed;
  • Products damaged after delivery through incorrect storage.
