Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India only. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday may get processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 -7 business days depending on your location. Remote and difficult-to-reach PIN codes may take longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including courier backlogs, weather, regional restrictions, strikes and public holidays.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address and can be waived off as per the ongoing offers available on the charakbears website. Product prices shown on the site are inclusive of 5% GST. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched we send the tracking details to the email address and mobile number on the order. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number and billing email.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. The exact order amount should be kept ready at the time of delivery.

Delivery address

Please make sure the delivery address, PIN code and mobile number you enter are complete and correct. We are not able to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unavailable across the courier’s delivery attempts, or a Cash on Delivery order was refused, we will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch or a refund of the amount paid.

Damaged or tampered packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged or with a broken seal, please refuse the delivery where possible, or photograph it before opening. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how to raise a claim.
